Refunds & Exchanges


We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re more than happy to help. For help please email us directly at and we’ll take you through the process.

Please ensure to include/confirm:
  • Order number
  • Product
  • Quantity to return
  • Return reason
  • Refund or credit note
  • Unworn and in original packaging 

Please note that items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact). The refund process must also begin within 30 days from the date of receipt.
The cost of the shipping of the item(s) returned will be your responsibility. We suggest adding a tracking number just in case. 

Once the package has reached Mancrush Apparel we will either gladly refund the amount, or issue a credit for you to purchase something new. 

Due to the intimate nature of our products and our strict health policies, we may not accept returns for underwear, swimwear, face masks and wrestling singlets. This is to ensure that all customers can confidently enjoy brand-new products.

We do, however, take full responsibility for any errors in fulfilment (ie. incorrect size, item, quantity, or style) or any reasonable defect with the item post use. In this instance, please contact immediately for assistance. Please provide us with your order number, a photo of the contents of your order, and a photo of the included packing slip. We ask that you contact us within 10 days of delivery receipt in order to assure a timely resolution. Notifications received after 30 days of the order being delivered will be dealt with at our discretion.

Orders cannot be cancelled and refunded once they have shipped.



Refunds for missing orders are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We will try out best to replace any orders not received within reason. Please contact if your order has not been received within the advised timeframes for further assistance.
